My passion for performance psychology began when I used it to transform from benchwarmer to starter on my high school varsity water polo team. I received a bachelor's degree in psychology at Brigham Young University and a master's degree in performance psychology at National University. For the past three years, I've served clients from diverse fields (sports, business, military, academics, etc.) through personal coaching, team consulting, and corporate training at various companies, including Adobe and Century 21.
