Holly Fair is a dynamic speaker with a penchant for inspiring and captivating live and virtual audiences. Holly is a natural in front of groups of any size! She flourishes in the spotlight and sees it as an opportunity to give others the tools, knowledge, and experience to transform their lives.

Holly’s past has been filled with profound traumas including sexual, verbal, and physical abuse, divorce, losing a baby, infertility, and extreme weight fluctuations. Rather than becoming bitter toward life, she harnesses the lessons as a springboard for positivity and embraces all that life has to offer!

As a result of her experiences, Holly has intense empathy deep empathy which allows her to connect with anyone on a deep emotional level. Now she teaches others how to rise above their limitations and create a life of meaning and impact!
In a momentous breakthrough at an event, Holly discovered her true self – a Queen. Since that day, Holly has been on a transformative journey to embrace all aspects of what that means to her. What started off as a fun day wearing a crown, has become a passion and a mission. She started her #CrownDayEveryDay challenge in October 2021 and is committed to wearing a crown and engaging with the public every day for a year. Her interactions, the way she inspires others, her decision to show-up, have turned this project into a passion to teach others to find and embody their own inner royalty.
Holly’s story and transformational journey have been featured at the Tony Robbins Date With Destiny event since 2018, reaching international audiences in excess of 25,000 people.

Holly honed her skills as a professor for 13 years, delighting adult learners with her zest for teaching and empowering them to be the best they could be. She is creative in breaking down complex subjects and making them approachable and enjoyable for even the most hesitant students.

Holly earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing at the University of Utah and Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. A lifelong learner, she attends seminars, workshops, and webinars regularly to enhance her skills and broaden her vast knowledge base.

Holly lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with her husband, Jamie, and tiny Papillon dog, Lola. She lives an active lifestyle and enjoys both domestic and international travel.
