“Jody was great! We had him come to a women’s fundraiser at our church. Easy to work with and such a great personality. We would definitely invite him back. ”

Overview
Leadership problems aren't always leadership-skill problems. Sometimes the real issue is what is happening inside the leader. Limiting beliefs. Lack of confidence. Unclear identity. Internal conflict. Fear of failure. A distorted view of what they're capable of becoming. These internal barriers can eventually show up in how people live. As an Identity & Leadership Strategist, speaker, and leadership educator with 16 years of experience in coaching, leadership development, consulting, and personal transformation. I help emerging and established leaders identify the internal barriers affecting their leadership.
