• A dedicated bar service area is required (minimum 6–8 ft wide) with adequate space for guest flow
• Ice access on-site preferred; can be arranged off-site if needed
• Client or venue must provide access to potable water and a designated area for dumping melted ice/liquid waste
• Loading access and nearby parking for setup/breakdown is required
• Setup time typically 60–90 minutes prior to service start; breakdown 30–45 minutes
