Miami born and first generation Cuban-American, Catt Pecknold, has had a natural want to teach and instruct yoga since a little girl. She is 500hr CYT specializing in: Tauma Informed Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation Master Practitioner, Bhakti Vinyasa + Hatha and Kundalini Yoga.
If you take Catt’s class, there is always a guarantee to use many props, body scan meditations to get us back into ourselves & practicing the themes of bodhicitta (compassion), presence & deep healing.
