Finalist for Funniest Person in Texas, Gonzales spent years touring w/ Steve Treviño and is credited on multiple comedy specials. His work has been featured on television, podcasts, film, & Texas Public Radio’s Worth Repeating.

December 11, 2019Didn't realize it was going to be 3 comedians. First guy wasn't too funny. I had googled Big Al and saw some of his material that's why I went with him. You should inform people who are the comedians coming to the event so we could decide if we want to proceed with the hire.

Al Gonzales is available to MC or headline your events. With over 2 hours of material, Al can cater his act to be clean for Church & Corporate audiences or he can go "blue" for Bachelor parties and Bar shows. Available to travel on a moments notice, even has his own equipment!
Al Gonzales has been entertaining audiences for over 10 years. As a comic, Al started in San Francisco, moved to L.A. and now lives in Texas. A true "fish out of water" story. He has appeared on shows on SPIKE TV, Food Network, GSN, and Texas Public Radio. Al has also performed at SF Sketchfest, The Santa Cruz Comedy Festival, San Diego Comedy Festival, Ventura Harbour Comedy Festival, and was a finalist for the Funniest In South Texas 2017 comedy competition.
I prefer gigs with staging, stage lighting, microphone and sound. It makes event better for everyone.
