Batman Impersonator

This Batman was hired to perform as Batman and provide an intricate activity with the kids. He was an 1 1/2 hour late and only gave a few high fives and fist bumps. There was no gregarious Batman conversation or activity. He hardly said anything to anyone. Very unprofessional and we do not recommend.

We hired this Batman impersonator for our sons 4th birthday party. The agreement was for Batman to come for about 30 minutes, provide an activity for the kids and parents both to participate in, and in exchange we would provide photos and videos from multiple vantage points to help Paul get this new business up and running.

The agreement included that Batman would arrive PRIOR to the event start (11am meeting time), in order to setup his activity (which we had gone over in detail days prior) yet he was nowhere to be found when the time came to meet up. That’s okay, he was scheduled to arrive as Batman by 12:30 so we had time.

He sent a few cheap text messages asking if we could continue the birthday activities until he was able to arrive, which we did, and he still wasn’t there by the time we finished lunch, cake, presents, piñata, and playing at the park.

When he finally did arrive, it was nearly 1:00pm, which, of course, was later than the agreed entrance for Batman-forget setting up and doing the activity, the kids had had enough by this point and didn’t really want pictures much either. Very dissatisfied, not the first impression you want to make when you’re starting a new business.

TIP: professionals plan for traffic and unforeseen circumstances. Try to be more prepared before your next event so the hosts aren’t as disappointed as we were. I attached the best photos we got collectively.
