Bat City Brass Band is an Austin-based group that plays high-energy dance music with an international sound. Our influences come from New Orleans, New York, Brazil, Egypt, and the Balkans. Get ready for trumpet, trombone, drums, saxes, and ground-shaking tuba! We can perform as a parade or stationary band and are at home in for any event, from weddings to corporate key notes!

I’ve had the pleasure of booking (and going to see) Bat City Brass Band many times. They are consummate pros, great people, and a killer band. Not only are they easy to work with and fun to be around, as a group they always brought the thunder. No matter the heat or the size of the crowd, Bat City Brass always delivered high energy, super-tight, funky fun.
