Clients who book bartending services for their event do not have to worry about purchasing bartending tools. Clients usually purchase their own liquor, beer, wine, mixers, party decor, and plastic/paper/regular glassware and dinnerware. In certain circumstances clients can request service professionals to stock & buy all the necessary event supplies for an additional charge. Event establishments such as restaurants, halls, festivals, businesses, and private home parties that do not have a bar on site, may request a travel bar for a small additional charge. Clients can suggest hired staff wear formal clothing such as white/black long sleeve button-down shirt or black/white/red polo shirt and black/white pants or a costume for a particular holiday such as a Halloween or Christmas party. Clients can also request regular clothing for the event.
Waitstaff Pricing:
~ Under 45 people $35 hour + 15% suggested gratuity.
~ Parties above 45 people up to 60 people $40 hour + 18% suggested gratuity.
~ Parties above 60 people up to 75 people $45 hour + 18% suggested gratuity.
~ Parties above 75 people $45 hour + 20% suggested gratuity.
Bartender Pricing: {gratuity suggested if host does not want to display tip jar or add a gratuity themselves}
~ Under 45 people $40 hour
~ Parties above 45 up to 60 people $45 hour
~ Parties above 60 people up to 80 people $50 hour (industry standard is about 75 people per bartender, 2 experienced bartenders can always handle more)

Concocting tasty drinks right out of bartending school in my hometown of NYC in private homes, catering halls, bars and restaurants. Serving private, corporate, and on-site clients at weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, religious ceremonies and on holidays since 1997.
