Bam Speaks

I may sing, I may rap, I may impart some of the wisdom I've learned over the year. I can and will communicate information, but more than that i will communicate connection with the people who attend your event.

When I speak I use humor and creative perspective to make people think. That is why my name is Bam! I will give them and experience they will never forget,

They will come away inspired and encouraged to follow after their dreams like never
before and the stories I have of many miraculous things that have happened in my life. I have experienced near-death accidents and catastrophic losses but I still continue to smile. I have been blessed with an unshakable optimism that causes me to see the bright side of every situation.
I was put on this earth to encourage and inspire by speaking I pray i will be able to share this vast gift with you and your organization.

I can speak from 40-60 minutes at a time whether a biblical sermon or motivational speech. i adapt well to circumstance so would not be reluctant with an event taken on short notice.

I am well versed in pop culture that includes music and other media. I also have a =n appreciation for history and heroes such as Martin Luther King and Abraham Lincoln.

I don't use many props such as projection and Powerpoint to technical capabilities are not a must but a plus nonetheless. I love people so if possible would love to spend time meeting and greeting.
I would also need information about the audience to be aware of how to tailor my style.

I was raised as one of seven children and have spent many of my formative years moving around the country. I have had the privilege of meeting people from many different walks of life. I find that no matter where you go people are finding themselves in the search for truth.

I remember one day when I was in a courtyard at my Middle school in California. We ate lunch outside in California because the weather was so good. All of the different groups would be segregated by ethnicity, interests and culture. I would go around and speak to everyone. That day an administrator asked me why I did that, I responded I had friends from all of the groups.

I think that story personifies my call in life, to bring people together and give a voice to the voiceless. In a time where division can be seen as subtle, Love must be overt.

I've attended college in Chicago and Atlanta where I became a painter. My work and creativity inform my speaking in many different venues that have included colleges, high schools and churches over the years. I look forward to continuing to develop into a world-class preacher/speaker.

I don't have many technical specifications, except for maybe the obvious. I'll need bright lighting because of my dark complexion. This will ensure the audience can see as well as hear me. I would prefer a handheld mic and water. Besides that I don't have many other technical request. Thank you for your time.
