Founded from a passion for creativity and beautiful celebrations, Balloons by Fanny has grown from creating custom balloon arrangements into a full-service event décor company serving New Orleans and surrounding areas. We specialize in custom balloon installations, corporate events, conferences, grand openings, birthdays, baby showers, weddings, graduations, brand activations, and other special occasions.

Our services include organic balloon garlands and arches, custom backdrops, balloon walls, columns, marquee displays, personalized signage and cutouts, themed installations, and complete event styling. Every design is customized around our client’s vision, event space, colors, and brand or theme.

To ensure a smooth and safe installation, Balloons by Fanny requires access to the event space prior to guest arrival, with adequate setup time based on the size and complexity of the design.

Clients are responsible for confirming that the venue allows balloon décor and providing any venue-specific installation rules or restrictions in advance. For installations requiring attachment to walls, ceilings, railings, stages, or other venue structures, prior approval may be required.

For larger installations, we may require convenient loading/unloading access, nearby parking, elevator or freight access when applicable, and sufficient space for our team and equipment during setup.

Outdoor balloon installations are subject to weather conditions. Heat, direct sunlight, wind, rain, and other environmental factors can affect balloons, and certain designs may need to be modified for safety or durability.

Electrical access may be required for certain equipment or specialty décor. Standard balloon installations do not require lighting, staging, or sound unless specifically included in the client’s design.

For corporate events, conferences, and branded installations, please provide logos, brand guidelines, approved colors, venue specifications, and final design details in advance.

Breakdown and removal services can also be arranged when required by the venue.
