Jen’s Bay Balloons was absolutely amazing! Very kind, arrived early and the balloon art and face painting was top of the line. We had everything from simple requests to very intricate requests granted for the kids and could not have been happier. Highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again!

Kids started off timid and Jen put them at ease quickly with a balloon artist for a crying child. By the end of the evening even the adults were getting involved. Well worth the money.
