During the coverage hours you select, we capture everything from meaningful details and family portraits to your vows and celebration.

Photography packages include professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered through an online gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing. Videography options capture the movement, voices, and emotion of your day, with film deliverables outlined in your selected package. Your agreement will clearly explain coverage, deliverables, and delivery timelines before you book.

We provide our own cameras, lenses, lighting, and recording equipment. To help us prepare for your event, please provide the venue address, event timeline, and contact information for your coordinator or designated point of contact.

Please arrange access to the areas included in your coverage and let us know about any venue restrictions on photography, flash, lighting, or audio recording. We’ll coordinate arrival and setup time before the event.

For videography, we may coordinate with your DJ, officiant, or venue staff to record ceremony and reception audio. Access to a sound system connection is helpful when available, and we’ll discuss recording options in advance.

Depending on the setup, we may need access to a standard electrical outlet and a small, secure space for equipment. Outdoor events should have a covered or indoor backup location in case of rain.
