One Path Media Production provides all primary video production equipment, including professional cinema cameras, tripods, lighting, wireless microphones, audio recorders, and monitoring equipment.
For conference and corporate event productions, we typically require:
- Access to the venue at least 60–90 minutes before the event begins for setup and equipment testing.
- A designated space for camera placement, preferably near the rear or sides of the room.
- Access to venue power outlets when available.
- Coordination with the venue's AV team for audio feeds from sound systems, mixers, or presentation equipment when applicable.
- Permission for camera, lighting, and audio equipment placement within the event space.
- Access to presentation materials or event schedules before the event to assist with production planning.
For interviews and testimonial recordings:
- A quiet filming location with minimal background noise.
- Adequate space for lighting and camera setups.
- Access to power outlets when available.
Our team is fully self-contained and can adapt to most venues and event environments. We work closely with event organizers, speakers, and venue staff to ensure a smooth production process while minimizing disruptions to attendees and event operations.
