Ayman Abi Kheir

We had the pleasure of having Ayman Abi Kheir bring his unique looping performance, Cycles, to our downtown lounge in East Lansing, Michigan. His captivating 25 minute sets were performed throughout the day, and every time, the audience was genuinely engaged...stopping, listening, watching, and allowing themselves to be immersed in the music.
I like to say that Ayman didn’t just open the doors of our lounge for people to hear and see his beautiful performance; he also opened the doors to our souls... Through his percussion, looping, and the layers of sound he created in real time, he brought a beautiful energy into the space and reminded us how deeply music can connect us.
It was a truly magical experience, and we were grateful to have Ayman lead us through it.

Ayman Abi Kheir is one of those artists who stays with you long after the performance is over. That’s exactly what happened to me. I’ve had the chance to see him perform live many times, including the deeply moving release of Life Beyond the Port of Beirut, and every experience has felt different and unforgettable.
What stands out about Ayman is the feeling he creates in a room. His presence and the way he performs are very honest and deeply personal. He has a rare, beautiful, authentic sound.
If you have the opportunity to work with Ayman, I truly recommend it. He brings beauty, depth, and something very special to any event. You really have to experience it!

I hired Ayman as a cajon percussionist for a performance at a large, high-end jewelry store anniversary event, and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out! I was performing a two-hour all-violin set and needed a percussionist who could complement the music while fitting the atmosphere of an upscale event. Despite having very little time to prepare, Ayman was incredibly professional, created backing tracks for each song in the set, and came fully prepared for the performance.

Ayman is clearly a highly experienced and accomplished musician. His charisma and natural stage presence immediately drew people in and the guests just love him! His playing also complemented my violin beautifully, elevating the entire performance.

I would highly recommend Ayman to anyone looking for a professional percussionist for a wedding, private event, corporate function, or stand-alone live performance. He is incredibly talented, dependable, and a pleasure to work with.
