Hello ! We are Attic Empire, an 8 piece group with a blend of rock, jazz, funk, and alternative sounds.
We're straight out of the womb of Burbank, California.
We are extremely musically crafted, fun, and have tons of energy and passion for music and performance.
We toss that into the mix of our wildly unique sound, and out comes a sound that will make you fall in love while having your face blown off.
We mostly play originals but have an extensive cover repertoire.
We appeal to just about any demographic as well.

Through the support of our families and friends we continue to build a fan following and get our music out there. Description
Since there are 8 of us in the band, we usually require a larger stage area, though we've had to work with small stages before.
Mic'ing depends on the gig. In small spaces, it's usually unnecessary to have mics for the brass.
Otherwise, we usually use:
3 vocal mics
PA System
3 mics for horns
Bass Rig
Guitar Rig
Full Drum Kit
We usually do all originals anywhere from a half hour to two hours long
We have 14 original songs and a cover repertoire that includes ska, jazz, big band, alternative, funk, and rock music
Influences are derived from many artists including Incubus, Audioslave, Grizzly Bear, John Coltrane, Led Zeppelin, Young the Giant, Radiohead, and many, many more.
