What to expect is a speaker to come in and touch the people. Expect to be pushed and challenged, expected to be touched and recognized, and expect to grow and change from our experience together.

Greetings,
I am Kali Richardson and I am pursuing a Masters of Public Health at the University of West Florida located in Pensacola, Fl. I come from the small country of the United States Virgin Islands which shaped my will and determination that is used daily to pursue my goals; rather they be Academic or Professional.
In the beginning this was just something that happened as a byproduct of my student leadership during my undergraduate years, but it quickly because something I cared about and something I could tell helped and inspired other people. I noticed that I was able to touch young men, my peers, and professors alike. With this I was able to create impactful change that made my university and the city I was residing in a better place for ALL no matter race, place of birth, or any other difference. Seeing that I have the ability to invoke change is what drives this speaker. To see the wheels turn behind the eyes of my audience, and to see them question "is how I do things the best way?" I live to star up reflection, transparency, social norms, and evolution of ones self.

From where where do i go?

Im glad you asked cause that is the tough part of this journey. After obtaining my Masters Degree I intend to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Meanwhile watching this idea I have here grow to not only provide for my education, but my family, and support the causes that need help. My goal is to have the influence and the capital to create impacting change for minorities, young professionals, and millennials, and to do this by not only consulting and connecting them all, but also to share ideas with them and create stimulating workshops for them to forever grow their minds to help change the world to a better place. I know being a speaker and workshop facilitator is not always the hottest job around but when is the last time you were in a workshop that stimulated your mind and actually made you think..."Wow, Thats a good point there maybe I should..."?

I leave you with this quote because in the end we all have to look back on life and see what we left behind on the trail for others to follow. Did we leave pot holes, chaos, and traps, or did we aluminate a path of others to follow? Look in your minstrel mirrors and ask yourself what have you really done to make tomorrow brighter?
