Very professional & Very Fun to work with!

Ashley came very prepared and nailed every vocal recording take! We recorded 2 songs & 3 demos in 5 hours.

It was very easy to work with her. She was very great at communicating and asking many questions to be sure that we got everything that we needed for each & every song! She sounded amazing, and I would very much like to work with her again real soon!

What to expect

I have extensive experience in many different song genres and different venues and events. My specialties are folk, jazz, classical, and musical theater.

I also have exceptional stage presence, whether through acting or just singing. I know how to get a crowd going and keep them excited; however, I also know how to be a background voice to a magical moment.

About

I’m Ashley Webb (she/her), and I’m a singer, actor, and dancer (among many other things), living with my two cats in New York City.

I’m a graduate from NYU Steinhardt with a degree in Vocal Performance, Music Theater, and I have 18 years of performance experience. Needless to say, I live and breathe this art, and always have.

When I’m not performing, you can find me buried in a fantasy book, singing Hadestown with my nephew (#auntlife), or advocating for sharks (friends, not food). I also love to play and teach ukulele, make jewelry, write, and sail.

Additional booking notes

I am flexible to any vibe you'd prefer. If you'd like me to play and sing, I have a ukulele and guitar that are amp-compatible, which I would need the amp for. I travel with all of my own instruments.

Set list

Please note this is a work in progress, and I can always learn something quickly if you have specific requests! I can also accompany myself on ukulele or guitar on most any song.

Influences and inspiration

I draw a lot of inspiration from Joni Mitchell, Lizzy McAlpine, Gregory Alan Isakov, Billie Eilish, Olivia Dean, Luca Foagle, Amy Winehouse, Ella Fitzgerald, and many more. I specifically draw on the performances of Gregory Alan Isakov - sitting on a stool with my guitar, singing from the heart - and epic jazz singers like Amy and Ella who made the stage their own.
