"Before the event"
Responds to Emails and Phone Calls within 24 hours
Receive a copy of our timeline the week of event

"Day of the event"
Staff will arrive 1-2 hours before event depending on setup
All staff will wear mask for arrival, set-up and majority of event when required
DJ will introduce themselves to venue contact person upon arrival
We will always be courteous and kind to all those working the event with them
All staff will be willing to get temperature taken if required
Staff will be dressed appropriately

"Our Set Up"
We will be out of way of pictures during ceremony
All cables hidden with ties or cable clamps
All wires on floor are taped down with gaff tape when necessary

"During the Event"
DJ will monitor volume throughout the event to make sure it’s perfect
Guests will be treated with respect and courtesy
Music will be clean edits, unless otherwise specified

"Post Event"
Staff will immediately start the tear down of gear at conclusion of event
We will not leave any tape or trash behind
We will bring additional staff should we need help. We will not request it of the venue

Araiza Events covers weddings and other special occasions throughout the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County regions. Their customizable packages offer flexibility with no hidden costs. They can provide DJ and MC services for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception; other options include a an array of lighting options, choreography and dance lessons, and more.

We like to make things as easy for you as possible. We provide all of our own equipment which includes: DJ Equipment, Wireless Microphones, Tables and Linens. All we need is access to electricity and let us do the rest.
