We hosted a training for state feed and fertilizer inspectors from across the country and were looking for someone that could help teach them about building rapport quickly and establishing meaningful relationships with folks that may not quite be receptive to your presence as a regulator. Anthony Poponi was ABSOLUTELY the right choice! He gave thought provoking dialogue mixed with personal experiences and then backed it all up with exercises that were sincerely appreciated by the attendees. Out of all they reported back during our closing Q & A, it was appreciation for his honest candor about everything he was teaching and actually having everyone get up and get involved through the exercises he had prepared. They had spent days being talked at about what they should do and how to do it, but Anthony got them up and had them doing it and they were happy about it.
