October 28, 2018I must admit, spending the money was a bit nerve racking to me at first. HOWEVER, Amanda went above and beyond as a professional and as a person. To the point of we feel she was part of the family. Sincere, professional and worth way more then the money she earned. If your looking for a professional musician AND would like a person with a heart and compassion, Amanda is DEFINITELY the person you need.

As a professional performer, you can expect Amanda to show up with plenty of time to set up, take care of any technical difficulties, and be mindful of non-invasive set-up at any type of event. Amanda Johnson is a multi-instrumental teaching, recording, performing, and touring musician from Southern California. While based in the Los Angeles music scene, she honed her performance and teaching skills as a local musician, national and international touring performer, recording producer and artist, teaching artist with private lessons and in during- and after-school programs, and professional development trainer for music integration with classroom teachers. Now that she's relocated to the Kansas City area, she's brought her skills to the middle of the country.
As a performer, she has done gigs from musical theater orchestra pits to solo vocal/guitar/piano gigs, tribute bands (Rush, Instrument Rock) to Top 40's cover bands, and big band jazz internationally to original rock nationally. Any type of music or performer you need, Amanda has you covered!
Amanda has her own microphone, PA sound system, and amplifiers. Should the venue be bigger or outdoors, reasonable accommodations can be discussed ahead of time.
