Alaska's Wildest Magic with Don Russsell

Each performance features amazing sleight of hand, manipulation, music, comedy, and more. Most all routines include audience participation, volunteering to assist with effects and illusions. There are many twists & turns and lots of GREAT PHOTO ops! In addition to doing things with cards, ropes, rings, handkerchiefs, and other simple props, some of the illusions are quite unexpected - using swords, guillotines, rubber chickens(?), and even levitating someone from the audience. It's ALWAYS a good time - audiences roar with laughter and remember our appearances for a long time afterward. Our programs are so popular, we are often invited back - and we GUARANTEE our services! We are constantly updating and changing our shows to meet the repeat demand.

For over 25 years, the MagicGuy, Don Russell, has been entertaining, amusing, and amazing audiences all around Alaska. He is Alaska's ONLY full time professional magician. After many years of teaching and counselling (& doing magic part-time), he launched full time onto the magic scene in 1998. He performs close up magic, stage & platform magic, and has several full stage illusion shows. He also consults with local theater groups for illusions, magic props, and performance of routines and effects. He has a complete curriculum of "Magic As A Performing Art" which he offers to schools, theater groups, and other agencies.
Don is also Society of American Magicians, Assembly 163, President and Alaska Deputy, too.

Most of our shows can be done in virtually any venue. We can even provide sound and lights for some events. Should the event require use of a house sound system, we come prepared to plug in our own wireless mic and music. Should there be technicians working the show, we provide music on CD or flash drive with show scripts and cues.
