What to expect
A set list comprised of different genres of music across the generations. We perform covers as well as originals! Expect blending of culture and genres! Pop, rock, alternative, blues, jazz Reggae and other type of Caribbean music as well as Latin American music and Afro beats!
About
Founded in June 2014, Akoustik’ The Band is rising to be one of the most popular young bands in Haiti’s musical scene. Since their official debut 4, they quickly gained the ears and hearts of the audience and gathered delighted followers around their eclectic and ever growing repertoire composed of musical genres such as Jazz, Blues, Rock and Roll and of course traditional Haitian rhythms like konpa, rasin and much more. Critics call their sound refreshing and praise their ability to switch from genre to genre often blending them into a perfect mix creating their very own style!
