A.J.S.R. Productions LLC featuring Aajaanne & Mother’s Children
AJ Sr. & Mother’s Children, the seven-member ensemble led by vocalist, producer and director AJ Sr. who has performed with the greatest legends of the Motown Sound. Motown Sound R & B, is a style of soul music with a prominent and often melodic baseline, a distinctive chord structure and a call and response style of singing born in gospel.
National tours with Marvin Gaye, Roberta Flack; back-up vocals for Michael Jackson, Donny Hathaway, Taj Mahal and Oliver Sain are but a few of the accomplishments of AJ Sr. Now, for Aajaanne, & Mother’s Children he has brought together singers and musicians who come from the same milieu.

My wife and I hired AJ and Mothers Children for a patio party at our home after seeing them perform a number of times. My friends had an incredible time. The music is superb and eclectic. The performers are great people that I call my friends. They have talent galore and you won't be able to sit without the urge to get up and dance!

The variety is amazing. I've seen them perform on several occasions both private and public events and they're always on point. Whatever you are looking for from Jazz, Soul, R&B, Pop, Country,etc this man develops the sound and customizes it to your event. Will definitely be keeping in touch.

May 25, 2015Outstanding! You Tube Doesn't Do Them Justice
AJSR performed at my father-in-laws 75th birthday party and it was fantastic. He loved the variations in the group to include all males and a combination of males and females for a different sound. The crowd was able to dance and sing along to all of the songs. We would definitely use them again !
