Comedienne Aja Bennett is a native of New Jersey, born and raised in Jersey City. She began her career in comedy shortly after completing her second undergraduate degree. She holds a BA in English and Psychology, a Master's in Educational Psychology, and Post- Master's in Educational Specialist. Her comedic approach stems from her life as a "preacher's kid", her experience working as a teacher assistant, and as a school psychologist. Aja has performed at Apollo in NY (Bob Sumner), Carolines on Broadway, Sony Hall in NY (Ice-T Art of Comedy Show), Comedy Zone, churches, theaters, and colleges across the country. Aja is rising star that is guaranteed energy and laughter.

About
Aja Bennett is New Jersey Native, born and raised in Jersey City. She came on the comedy scene eight years ago and took off blazing. She has performed at the Apollo Theater in NY and Sony Hall for Ice-T-s "Art of Comedy Show". Aja has performed at Carolines on Broadway, New York Comedy Club, Broadway Comedy Club, churches and colleges across the country. She has obtained a post- master's in Psychology from Seton Hall University, but opts to be on stage telling jokes for a living. Aja brings energy and laughter to all events.
