The audience is to experience a band of profesional musicians playing Mexican folklore mixed with jazz, afro Cuban, Afro Mexican, and rock hints. Songs are in Spanish and a few are instrumental. All music is live and there are solos between songs. Professional concert with a specific repertoire played by the band. Marilyn Castillo is a Mexican- American singer-songwriter who comes from a long lineage of musicians and troubadours who passed on the passion for fine, bold and moving music that make her both her singing and songwriting exotic and glamorous.

Her lyrics and versatility to sing diverse music styles such as traditional pop, alternative rock, flamenco, jazz, mariachi and even some cuban influences portray the clear example of a bilingual soulful artist that transforms her life and learning experiences into melodious honest messages to inspire, the kind of artist that transcends and whose songs came here to stay.
