I am so happy we had Donald play the small bagpipes during my grandparents memorial service luncheon. I was happily surprised the variety of music he played. The small bagpipes were a perfect volume- noticeable but not too loud for the occasion. After the event, I had NUMEROUS guests comment on how amazing Donald was!
