Cultural Event with 30 guests
Outdoor (with cover)
Anything authentically Scottish. A bit of information about the songs......war songs, love songs, patriotic songs, frivolity, etc. would interest us as well as some talk about the pipes themselves....history, types of pipes, the mechanics of playing them......mostly, though, we’d want to hear the music and admire the attire of the piper!
Your audience would be a small, very alert, enthusiastic, engaged group of seniors participating in a program called”Grab Your Passport”. Each month they focus on a different destination. This May they are”traveling” to Scotland.....and what would that trip be without the pipes? Traditions of Dedham is an independent and assisted living community. We probably have the very best activities program in the suburban Boston area.
