(Updated to just the graveside). This will be a graveside funeral for mother. She/we are from Clan Hay. It will be at the Veterans Cemetery in Middletown, CT. Likely on Saturday, 7/6/19. Time is TBD, but seems like around 3:30. Memorial service will be at the Lakes Pond Baptist Church, 1144 Hartford rd, Waterford, CT just prior to the graveside in Middletown. I am more than willing to pay extra if you have to wait for us to arrive if there were delays getting to the cemetery. Please quote the graveside with going home played from casket to graveside, come thou fount of every blessing while people are gathering, and amazing grace at the end when family says last goodbyes. Fill in any gaps with appropriate tunes. I like Ae fond kiss, and will she go lassie go... please also include a separate quote as an option to have you at both places. Mom was a loving and wise lady loved by all who knew her. I traced our heritage from Maine to Nova Scotia, to Australia via the Boer War in South Africa (her grandfather was in a light horse regiment), to the Wesminister section of London, where I think the family of The Lord High Constable of Scotland inhabit. Still trying to dig up those details. I am sitting with mother as I write. Hospice says she has 24-48 hours before she meets the Savior in Glory. July 6th fairly certain. I am open to suggestions. Please advise re your availability that day as timing is still being planned and I want to be sure Mother has a piper. I have a chanter, but have never had the time to do much with it. Thank you for taking the time to quote. What forms of payment do you take? Is it via this site?
