Duncan is a professional bagpiper based out of Whately, MA. He has over a decade of performing experience, specializing in weddings and funerals. Duncan has performed across the United States, Canada, and Scotland. He competed in the World Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow, Scotland in 2014 and 2015. Duncan is currently the Pipe Major of the Stuart Highland Pipe Band based out of Wilmington, MA. He has served in this role since 2018. Duncan recently won the 2025 North American Championships as a member of the Commonwealth Pipes and Drums, based out of Melrose, MA. Duncan is committed to making sure your event is memorable for years to come.

May 22, 2025Duncan was a great choice for my Father’s Funeral service. He played the chorus of “American Pie” by Don McLean very well even though other bagpipers had said it couldn’t be done. We chose Duncan because of his experience and he certainly showed that. Duncan is the best choice on GigSalad for this particular occasion. We were very saddened by Father’s loss but Duncan played the pipes just as he would’ve wanted. Thank you Duncan.
