Just focused on bluegrass and folk music. We always love some John Prine.
The reception will start at 1/1:30, so it would be great to have everything set up by noon. Breakdown can happen whenever they finish.
We are having a backyard luncheon reception after our wedding and would love acoustic music to go with it. We love folk/Americana (think John Prine, Paul Simon), Bluegrass, and acoustic renditions of popular artists (like Ed Sheeran). Basically, we're open. The biggest thing is the ability to keep rolling if a fuse blows because our house is VERY old (1726). The event space is an intimate and enclosed garden, so sound should carry well without bells and whistles.
