About
Lieutenant Colonel (retired) Jason Harris is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, best-selling author,
expert thought leader, and professional pilot.
As a fourth-generation military member, Jason’s distinguished career in the US Air Force spanned
nearly three decades. He served (continuously) on active duty and as a member of the Air Force
Reserve Command from 2001 through 2023, with his last assignment as a flying Squadron
Commander. After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy, he flew multiple aircraft over
the course of his career including 11 deployments with more than 2,000 combat hours and 470 combat
sorties around the globe.
These high-risk combat experiences have all served as the launching point for his proprietary “No Fail
Trust®” methodology. His proven methodology serves organizations and teams as a tool to empower
executives and team members to foster an environment of mutual trust, responsibility, and productivity.
Jason is an established, nationally recognized keynote speaker in the areas of Leadership, Corporate
Culture, High Performance Teams, and Psychological Safety. He has shared his expertise with
numerous high-level associations and Fortune 500 companies including Cisco Systems, Caterpillar,
Ford, and Lockheed-Martin. Additionally, his insights have been featured in publications like Forbes
magazine, multiple podcasts and, most recently, in the History Channel show, Bermuda Triangle: Into
Cursed Waters.
While his impressive resume continues to grow with accolades, achievements and contributions,
Jason remains steadfast in his commitment to serve. Leveraging his experience and work alongside
the most senior military leaders, Congressional Leaders, and even the Vice President, Jason’s mission
is clear: to relentlessly dedicate himself and those he serves to develop a culture of commitment,
accountability, and trust.

AUDIO VISUAL & PRESENTATION NEEDS
Below is a checklist that will ensure the best audience experience of Jason’s program. Please share this list with your Meeting Planner and AV Contact Person. If you encounter a challenge with any of the following
requests, please contact us right away so that we can fix it in advance of your program.
As part of the engagement, the Client and the Speaker agree to the following terms:
THE CLIENT WILL PROVIDE THE ROOM SETUP AND NECESSARY AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT
INCLUDING:
wireless lavalier microphone
video projector
confidence monitor and countdown clock
speakers and audio/sound
Speaker will bring a thumb drive to the event with the presentation loaded and ready to transfer to the
house computer. The Speaker will not provide his slides in advance of the presentation for review, as
they are updated up until show time. If needed, Speaker can send a DropBox link for his presentation
up to 48 hours before the event.
Speaker has an introduction video [that requires sound] embedded into his PowerPoint presentation.
The video link has also been emailed as part of the Speaker’s introduction.
The Speaker and Client will meet at least 60 minutes prior to the Event for an A/V and sound check,
unless mutually agreed otherwise. During the sound check, the Speaker will also meet with the
person introducing him.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Speaker prefers to move around for maximum audience engagement. During the presentation, all
podiums, chairs, stools, stands, etc. should be moved to either side of the stage.
When applicable, it is preferred that screen(s) should be off to one side rather than center stage,
because the presenter should be the focal point and the slides are merely supplemental.
If the presentation is being held during a meal, it is preferable that food consumption is over and that
all dishes are cleared prior the presentation.
Speaker does not need a live internet connection.
