Why do you need to JumpStart Your Party? Well, if all you want to do is dance, then you can hire a DJ. If all you want to do is get up on stage, you can rent a karaoke machine or play “Guitar Hero”. If all you want to do is see a great stage performance, it might be best to simply play a Live-In-Concert DVD, But if you want to do ALL of those things, then you need to JumpStart Your Party.
Every JumpStart performance is insurance that YOUR specific needs are attended to. From the band's fast and courteous load-ins to the professional and complete sound and lighting equipment to the set lists customized for your event to the dress and attire of the band, every effort is made by JumpStart to assure that your party is the success you need it to be. Whether it is a casual affair, a formal event, or a specialized “theme” party, JumpStart comes appropriately attired. If needed, we will “MC” your event and will provide appropriate DJ-style dance music to play during the band’s break. If desired, the band is available to play a “cocktail set”, and your special songs can be learned and performed by the band upon request.

JumpStart added so much to our wedding ceremony and reception. They are an amazing collaboration of extremely talented, great spirited, non-attitude band members. They knew exactly what to play to fit the festive mood of our event! Literally, every song they played had people running to pack the dance floor. My sister and girlfriend discovered them playing at Camp Richardson during the Summer and called me right away and told me they "found the perfect band for my wedding". I immediately visited their website and listened to their awesome music. I booked them as quickly as I could. I am 100% satisfied with their performance. They are worth every penny and then some. They even played for the ceremony which was an added bonus. Everyone was so touched by their rich and soulful voices. Stan did an excellent job at MC- ing the event as well. He is a charismatic speaker and knows how to organize and time things well. This was a great asset to the evening. Added bonuses included a lot of audience participation such as having the bridesmaids jump on stage and play tambourines and sing, a solo song they let me sing with them, and letting my dad play harmonica and sing a blues tune!
