About
Bring together 7 talented musicians with decades of experience in their local music scene, add a collective love of the blues and blues-based influences and you have 5 Miles to Memphis.
Formed as a 4 piece in 2017 by long-time bandmates Kevin Kulchitsky (lead vocals, keyboards, harp, and 2014 MBBC semi-finalist) and James Pryma (bass), they followed the advice of a recording engineer in 2018 and invited background vocalists to add some harmonic arrangements to their song list.
Since then, 5 Miles to Memphis’ Kevin Kulchitsky, James Pryma, Dan Meunier (Guitar), Eb Militsala (Drums), Dilys Kulchitsky (vocals and percussion) Jonna Rogers-Borchman (vocals & percussion) and Charlotte Burrows (vocals & percussion) have been selling out venues and filling up Edmonton’s dance floors!
