The UNC Loreleis

About

Established in 1981, the UNC Loreleis are a non-profit organization consisting of sixteen dedicated undergraduate women. As the premier all-female a cappella group at the University of North Carolina, the Loreleis perform for both campus and community events, release a new album every other year and tour nationally and internationally twice a year. Their current repertoire features a variety of genres, including contemporary pop, R&B, country, alternative, oldies and holiday classics.

On March 24, 2012, the Loreleis will celebrate their 30th Anniversary with a concert at Memorial Hall and will be releasing their brand new album, "A Kick & A Wallop." Check out their new single, Florence the Machine's "Shake It Out," on iTunes!
