Let's be honest. We've all been to weddings, corporate events or even neighborhood bars where the featured entertainment was, well...ordinary. The same old variety bands with lackluster stage presence, ho-hum vocals, and stiff-looking musicians in suits and ties who seemed to be just going through the motions. Sure, you might have recognized the songs they played, but everything lacked that certain...sizzle. You know...the feeling of electricity that still lingers while you're walking back to the car late at night after seeing an amazing live stadium performance from your favorite band?

Get ready for The Torrents - an explosive Top 40/Rock Cover Band that brings the Arena Rock Experience to YOU!

Based in Southern California, The Torrents are a four-to-five-piece band that boasts some of the best talent from across the country. Their impressive collective resume includes major-label acts, Billboard Top 10 Singles, national tours and numerous TV and film placements.

The band features a dynamic female lead singer with a chameleon-like voice who can effortlessly switch from belting out current pop songs by Adele and Katy Perry to rocking out the low growls of Metallica and Rage Against The Machine, then switching back to No Doubt and Journey without missing a beat. The band's strong musicianship and magnetic stage personas engage the audience and demand attention. The band not only gets the audience singing along to the most popular rock and pop hits, but also peppers the night with a few musical surprises here and there.

The band boasts an extremely eclectic setlist with songs ranging from the 70's to today's radio hits, but will happily add songs of your choosing with advance notice, to ensure your entertainment experience is the best it can be!

The Torrents boast an impressively diverse setlist, based upon the individual members' love for all types of music - Euro 80's to 90's Grunge to Heavy Metal to modern day Top 40's. There are two types of music - bad and good, and bad music has its moments!

The Torrents focus on creating the "full concert experience" - the tingly feeling one gets after seeing their favorite band perform live. From each lyric sung to each note played, the idea is to deliver a high-quality performance that will leave each audience member elated, exhausted, and begging for more.

Since the show is about YOU, The Torrents encourage audience participation, and will often bring up fans to sing along, play tambourine, dance and have fun!
