As Member of The Montana Mystics & The Famous Hollywood Magic Castle. I want to thank you for considering magic for your next event. Magic is an art and entertainment genre in a class of it's own. You can watch movies and listen to bands, but do you get the opportunity of being part of the show? With magic YOU become part of the show, and everyone leaves with wonderful memories of the event; not just any event, YOUR EVENT. I'm looking forward to speaking with you soon. I would like leave you with one last thought. A magic show isn't just about enjoyment for you and your guests. The Montana Mystics are a consortium of Magicians, mentalists, illusionists, and performers that are dedicated to offering a new experience in the Art of Magic,

We are not your typical tricksters, that pull rabbits out of hats,... what we want to do is for you to be part of the experience, to walk away with something that you will remember long after the show is over.

S.A.M....Founded in 1902 in the back room of Martinka's magic shop, the S.A.M. is now a worldwide organization welcoming magicians from hobbyists and collectors to part time performers and professional. Its magic in the Mountains where the water runs sweet, and the air
is clear.
In keeping with the Society of American's Magicians' stated goal
of using magic to enhance the life of anyone experiencing life
challenges, the Veterans' Program was designed to encourage
S.A.M. members to visit Veterans' hospitals and other places that
veterans gather to bring them joy and laughter through the
wonders of magic. That being said, we were not satisfied to just visit
hospitals... We wanted to honor veterans by helping them realize
something that is just a bit out of their grasp.
Montana has a population of just about 1 million people, and 10%
of these people are verterans.This is the largest population of
veterans per capita in the United States.. of that 100,000.... 8800 are
of “The greatest Generation” as one very respected news anchor
Tom Brokaw put it as the title to his book.
The Vets of WWII … and sadly here in the United States, veterans
of this era are passing away at a rate of around 1000 per day.
Another sad thing is that many of them have not had a whole lot of
thanks from us as a free people.
There is a monument erected to their efforts of those many years
ago, in Washington D.C. ….And … there is a growing movement to
assist these remaining Heros to travel to the nations capitol to see
this tribute to the national treasure these men and women gave us...
that treasure is called freedom. Many of them have not the means to
go to D.C. So a movement called Honor Flight came to be and now
is in 35 of the 50 states..
The Members of the Montana Mystics...are proud to be involved
with the inauguration of “Big Sky Honor Flight” due to take off in late
April or May.
So to the meat of this note.... there is a show coming to town. A show
to rais funds for the cause. Its time to step up tend to business, just
as these folks stepped up and did what they felt they had to do .

I have sought out these Masters of the Art of magic, because i wanted to learn from the best. in order to make a postive, lasting impression for the clients. I feel that the way to do this is by improving the quality of my magical abilities. I have a passion for magic, and a desire to learn and spend my time in the creative process with dedicated teachers and the very best students in the world of magic. The Mystics are not your typical trickster magicians... we put care and thought into every performance to ensure our clients satisfaction

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 45 - 130 minutes

I needed to come up with entertainment almost immediately... I checked with several other entities In Billings, and they were either unavailable, or way to expensive for the quality of their performance. Andrew steped up to the plate, and constructed a program for me to fit the event. I had seen him perform before,at the H.O.G. ralley a few years ago and was totally impressed. but this time, he blew the doors off the place, and my clients and I will definately have him back again and again.

Magician at the John Garriot memorial Concert...
I was really pleased to see one of the magicians from the Montana mystics there because there were a lot of young kids in attendance who just were not into the music on a hot Sunday afternoon... Andrew Norstrum took it upon himself to visit with these young people who were obviously bored, and entertain them with his pocketful of magic... I know of at least 10 moms ( me one of them)and dads that were glad he came by.. thanx Andrew) .
