The Market Street Dixieland Jass Band is available to play for concerts, festivals, Roaring 20's events, cruises, community fairs, weddings, re-unions and just about any event that calls for some toe-tapping hot Dixieland.
The band is led by Ansgar Duemchen on the cornet, with John Mascorella on trombone, Jim DeJoie on clarinet, Tim Sherman on the banjo, John Bigelow on tuba and Tadd Morris on drums.
All the members have twenty five years plus of gigging dixieland experience and every single member is an outstanding professional, recognized locally and abroad for their talents.
We promise to give your event the red-carpet treatment it deserves, and serve up a musical gumbo of hot New Orleans jazz.
