Why hire Steve Gibons Solo Violin?

I'm a classically trained violinist who has absorbed music from a host of different cultures including Roma (Gypsy), Klezmer, Classical Arabic Music, Gypsy Jazz, and Blues.

I also play the American Songbook- Gershwin, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Jerome Kern, to name a few, French and Italian songs, and of course, classical repertoire from Bach to Mozart to Vivaldi.

I can come to your event as a solo violinist, or with 2 or more musicians. Hiring one of the groups I lead or play with means you will get a group that is a real, live band or ensemble that rehearses and performs together regularly, and you will deal directly with me the musician, not an agent or contractor.
