Alanna North began her violin journey 17 years ago, instantly falling in love with the instrument. Over these years, she has played for countless events of all types, ranging from weddings, birthdays, funerals, book releases, historic period reenactments, community outreach, and more. She is trained classically and also loves to play all styles and can take requests for songs of any genre.
Currently Alanna is completing her Doctorate of Musical Arts in Violin Performance at the University of Memphis. She has her bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and her master's degree from Louisiana State University (go tigers!)
