Amazing and Super talented!

We hired Michael for our micro wedding and I couldn't be happier with the results. Michael was very easy going, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process leading up to our wedding and incredibly talented. Weddings can be chaotic and he added a sense of calm before the ceremony. Plus his personality made you feel like you had a friend you've known for years performing at your wedding. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend!

Superb Musician! Definitely Recommend!

Michael wowed my wedding guests with his beautiful music during the arrival, prelude, ceremony and cocktail hour. He had a huge list of songs to choose from and was even able to perform a several songs that were not on his list. He was professional, easy to work with and showed up ahead of time to ensure everything was perfect. I cannot recommend him enough. You won’t regret it.

Michael is absolutely phenomenal! He played for our wedding prelude, our ceremony, and our cocktail hour, and all of the guests were obsessed with him and his music. Not only is he extremely talented at playing the violin, but he’s also super kind, accommodating and personable!

About

Known for his "vibrant intensity," violinist Michael L. Smith Jr. has consistently elicited superlative responses for his performances throughout Florida and the East Coast. His assertive teaching style, strong musical preference, and personality have thrilled audiences throughout the country. Smith previously served as Concertmaster for the Imperial Symphony Orchestra. He has performed concerts in Canada, Chicago, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and throughout Europe just to name a few of many places. When Smith isn't performing, he's spending time with his family - or scrolling Zillow.

As for now, Smith keeps busy as a full-time violinist and business entrepreneur. He looks forward to each and every engagement with excitement, setting forth a reputation that makes him highly sought after as an artist.  Smith performs on a few violins, but his favorite is his Giovanni Battista De Gabbrielli violin made in year 1765, Florence - Italy.
