About
Whether it is speaking to a group of high school students or encouraging a fellow believer over a cup of coffee, Emily loves doing ministry! She desires to use her gifts and experiences to inform all ages on who God is and who He desires to be in their life. As a speaker and writer, Emily is gifted with creativity and spiritual insight. Her ministry is known for its focus on Biblical truth and love for the Body of Christ.
Emily is a graduate of Mississippi College and has served in various ministry positions since 2001 in Mississippi and Louisiana. Her ministry experiences include serving as an Intern and Assistant Director for the Baptist Student Union at Delta State University (Cleveland, MS) and Director of Student Ministries at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church (West Monroe, LA). Emily, however, credits much of her ministry experience to growing up as the daughter of a minister.
Emily is a die-hard Ole Miss fan and enjoys watching sports, collecting sports memorabilia, playing guitar, traveling, and spending time with her husband and best friend, Paul. Paul is a professor at Louisiana Tech in Ruston, LA and serves alongside Emily whenever he has opportunity.
