Not Happy
Although the entertainer was entertaining, this company (Sassy Grams) works on THEIR schedule not with yours. They arrived almost 15 minutes late - it is hard enough to plan surprise party but when you pay 100 bucks you would think the entertainment could arrive on time. When called, they replied "my watch says 1:27 they aren't suppose to be there until 1:30" in a very rude and disrespectful manner....hey, what a way to win more business!!! The entertainer did arrive 15 minutes later. He was good, he was fun, the management stinks.
