About

Richmond Punch is a dynamic violinist. A graduate of Juilliard and Yale, Mr. Punch is founder and owner of Richmond Punch Productions. His business specializes in special events, weddings and worship. Mr. Punch plays everything from classical music, jazz, hip hop, to gospel. He was on the upcoming BET Sunday Best Season 5, was recently featured at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and is a regular performer with The Potter's House Church in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Punch has delighted and dazzled audiences from Atlanta, Anchorage, Chicago, Houston, to Kansas City, New Orleans, Washington DC, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle and San Francisco. He has enjoyed distinguished and celebrity audiences as Steve Harvey, Danny Glover, Steven Forbes, Morris Chestnut, Terrence J, Michael Baisden, Susan Taylor, Bishop Dale Bronner, Pastor Ricky Rush, T. D. Jakes, Ross Perot, Ocho Cinco, Tracy McGrady, Kirk Franklin, Kirk Whalum, Marvin Hamlisch, Nolan Ryan, Emmitt Smith, Biz Markie and Dr. Julianne Malveaux. Mr. Punch especially enjoys traveling the country entertaining The Divine Nine Greeks, their national leaders and distinguished members.

Giving back to the community is a major priority for Mr. Punch. He serves as Artistic Director of the Dallas Uptown Youth Orchestra, a program which reaches more than 3,500 children and adults annually. He has been a featured speaker and performer for the Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation’s mentoring program, TEDX, and Texas Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson’s Youth Summit.

Mr. Punch spends his time touring the country performing and lecturing. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Wednesday and their puppy Jack.
