About

Michael Liebler is a singer/songwriter/worship leader with a unique sound, an amazing passion for music, and a huge heart for God. Born and raised on Long Island NY, some of his greatest musical influences have been the laid-back sounds of John Mayer, Gavin Degraw, Jason Mraz, James Taylor, Jim Croce, Van Morrison and The Beatles. His favorite christian artist include Chris Tomlin, Phil Wickham, Hillsong, and David Crowder. Becoming a full time musician was a distant dream until he started writing his own music and began developing a small fan base in 2008. Michael has spent the past few years playing his music at local venues, traveling all across the U.S. and even entertaining on cruise ships where he has literally taken his music across the globe, taking every opportunity to do what he loves most. Recently he has been to New York City, San Diego, Detroit, Austin, Seattle, Ft. Lauderdale, Nashville and more, playing everything from youth retreats to small coffee houses to churches with thousands in attendance.
Not only is Michael passionate about playing guitar and writing songs, but also for music in general. As a worship leader at Calvary Chapel Lake Ozark, Michael has been able to personally express his delight in God through music. He is intrigued by the ability of music to influence a person and their emotions. “It can make you laugh one moment; the next you might be in tears.” Many of his best songs are written to reflect and express his own emotions, making his music personal and relative to all listeners. Michael credits this passion and ability to God and is grateful to be used to Him.

Typical Gig Duration: 30 - 240 minutes

Michael is available for a variety of services, but wether you hire him for a worship service, a concert, a coffee shop/lounge gig, or even a wedding, you're going to get a humble man who loves to serve God and people.

If you're looking to hire a worship leader/worship team:
There's nothing Michael loves to do more. You can expect Michael and his team to come to your camp, retreat, church or outreach ready to lead God's people into His presence. Michael has been leading worship for over 7 years and understands that in order to be affective in this ministry you can't just be a good singer or player, you have to be able to lead people to a place that you're familiar with yourself - God's Presence.

If you're looking to hire Michael for a full concert event or an acoustic session:
Michael loves to share the original songs the Lord has given him. He'll take you through the past several years of songwriting and share not only the music but how God inspired him to write the songs. Michael has also written several worship songs and at the end of his concerts Michael always loves to bring the focus back to the Lord with a time of worship.

If you're looking to hire Michael for a wedding ceremony/reception:
Michael has performed at many weddings and would be honored to be apart of your wedding. Michael is willing to learn any song you'd like for your big day.
