About
I am available for any private or corporate events,and weddings from 25 to 1000 people or more and can size the band accordingly.
In addition to doing private events, I have 2 great shows that I produce and perform here in South Florida and around the country.
“An Evening with Mark Fernicola” is a night club style show, with a 7 piece jazz group. This show brings together live jazz, swing and comtemporay music, along with good entertainment, great songs, some comedy and tap dancing all to make this a unique show experience. 90 minutes
"A Swingin Evening of Entertainment" involves the 18 piece big band playing a variety of music, Jazz, Swing, Ballads, Blues, Latin rythems and more.
This show combines the talent of myself and many other people. It's a show of variety, that sets the performers against an 18 piece Big Band background. The show includes Male and Female Vocalists, Show Dancers, Stand up Comic and Special Guest artists along with a variety of music, and is performed either as a 2 hour theatre show or a 3 hour dinner show that includes dancing.

I am a professional entertainer who started at the age of 15, and I've done everything from private partys to small clubs and weddings to corporate functions for more than 1000. I am available for all kinds of gigs, with a small group or the big band. I also sing with a 60 piece symphony orchestra that is also available for certain situations.
In addition, since 2009 I have been promoting my show "A Swingin Evening of Entertainment". This show combines the talent of myself and many other people. Structured like a "live Radio or TV broadcast" It's a show of variety, that sets the performers against an 18 piece Big Band background. The show includes Male and Female Vocalists, Show Dancers, Stand up Comic and Special Guest appearances along with a variety of music.
In the dinner theatre setting, people watch, dine and dance during the show. For regular theatres, it's like experiencing a live radio or TV broadcast. The band plays the music of Buddy Rich, Tito Puente, Stan Kenton, Weather Report, Nelson Riddle, Count Basie, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and many others…... It’s a night of jazz, swing, ballads, blues, Latin music and much more…..
Performed as a 2 hour stage show for public theatre's country clubs, and private community theatre's and as a 3 hour dinner and show with dancing, for dinner theatre venues. The show is performed localy at The Broward Center for the Performing Arts,
