The Bob Knight Four formed in E.N.Y. Brooklyn singing at Street Corners and then recorded on Laural Records, recorded their 1st hit "Good Goodbye" in 1961 followed by their 2nd hit "Two Friends" in 1962. More hits followed. The group went through some personal changes to what is is today. Now based in Nassau and Suffolk counties, they are stronger then ever with their sound, bringing in 1 more voice, making it now John Roper and the Bob Knight Four.
