Hello Everyone!
I am Hiccups the Clown, master entertainer and life of every party!
Let me transform your face with my wonderful face painting, or bedazzle your mind with one of my twisted creations (silly, I am talking about balloons). I do glitter tattoos, henna tattoos, comedic magic for all ages, dancing and games.
I come to all events with my own sound system, and will provide music while I am there.
Professional, clean, courteous, and one who truly loves the art of clowning. I am a member of NYC Clown Alley, Ny Face & Body Painting Guild and the World Clown Association. I am a world award winning clown, and take pride in the gift I was given (being able to make children happy).
Influences
Well, being the professional clown that I am. I think it is important to hone your skills as often as possible.
I attend clown conventions every year. Seaside Height's own Clownfest, this yr 2011 World Clown Convention ( won 2nd place), and coming in October Mexico Clown Convention. I belong to NYC Clown Alley, and a proud and active member, where I learn tools of the trade from other peers, and Member of World Clown Assoc.
As a face painter I take classes 3-4 times a yr by the worlds most reknown artists. Wolfe Brothers, Mamma Clown, Annie Reynold's, Lynn Jamieson..etc...I also belong to NY Face & Body Painting Guild.
As a balloon artist, I belong to various balloon jams & take classes.
What to Expect
Typical Gig Duration: 60 - 240 minutes
Warning you may experience uncontrollable laughter, the inability to stop smiling and the awkward feeling of warm fuzzies all around.
You will see Hiccups perform all sorts of zaney acts, like calling parents to run under the parachute, having all the kids squiggle like worms under the limbo, or making balloon jewlery for you to wear.
Many times, there will be two activities going on at the same time. Get your face painted, or get a balloon and a tattoo. Dance, dance, dance to the Chicken Dance, the Limbo, and the Cha Cha Slide. Shake the parachute as hard as you can, then sit down and enjoy the silly antics of Hiccups in her spetacular magic show!
We offer characters, popcorn, snow cones, cotton candy, water slides, bouncy castles, Dj's/MC's and much much more!!!
Additional Notes:
As a professional clown, I think coming prepared is the most important thing. A clown who comes to your party should be self sufficient. Don't forget this!
I supply my own music with sound system and microphone.
When I go to a party, I want to have everything I need to perform, and not asking the host/hostess to scramble around to get me the things I need. They should be preoccupied in enjoying the party.
