2008 Winner of NE Regional Talent Quest Contest for Country Male Singer, Tennessee Production recording artist Will Flemings sings Country music (and more)in New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and Metro NY (the 5 boroughs) for anniversaries, birthday parties, night clubs, bars, special events, picnics, fraternal organizations, and business affairs. Performing todays top country hits and yesterdays favorites, with a little R&B, oldies, and some pop mixed in for variety.

Will also host Karaoke events.

Biography:

2008 Winner of Talent Quest's NE Regional Male Country Singer. I'm Will Flemings, I sing country, oldies, and soft rock. My country roots run deep. I was born in the middle of a cotton field in rural Mississippi and was raised on farms and ranchs in Kansas and Oklahoma.

I grew up listing to only country until my teen years when I rebelled and joined the rock & roll revolution. As a teenager in high school I sang with a band at school dances and local functions.

Then came a tour of duty with the Army. While in the service I used to go to local bars where I was stationed and sometimes sit in with local bands. After returning from the "land of bad things" (Viet Nam), I went back to school and then joined the "real" world and got a job, got married and had a family. Since my job required extensive travel I didn't have time to pursue other interests.

I returned to singing 8 years ago. I started with Karaoke where I won several contests, then started auditioning for gigs and I've been performing in and around the tri-state area since for bars/lounges, hotels, private clubs, parties, fairs and other venues. I've played the State Theater in New Brunswick and performed for the ELKS convention in Wildwood, NJ. I'm a regular at the E. Brns, NJ Flea Mart and on WDVR's Heartland Hayride "Live" Radio on Saturday nights.

In '05' I recorded a CD of cover songs with Tennessee Productions "Big Mama" recording studios which has been well received. In 2007 I released my second CD, a reflection of country's best past and present.

I had the opportunity to tour but because of family and employment commitments I've stayed local where I perform regularly and have a nice following.

My early influences included Conway Twitty, Mikey Gilley, Ronnie Milsap, Randy Travis, Merle Haggard, Eddie Arnold, Randy Travis and many others. As with all genres of music, there has been changes and country music has been no exception. Todays new crossover country/country rock has produced some new and extremely talented artists like Toby Keith, Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, Joe Nichols, George Strait, Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, Garth Brooks, Dirks Bentley and so many more. I am very pleased to be able to add songs by these artists and others to my performances.
