Influences

Our Catering company as a whole, has been greatly influenced by the Dinner Theatre Concept of the 80's, and we enjoy having the opportunity to reproduce this "arts and entertainment " treasure for people and communities that do not have access to the classic "bricks and mortar" dinner theatre environ.

We are also Proud Patriots of these United States, and dearly love the founding Fathers that fought so hard for our Freedom, and the sage principals and morals with which they evolved this Great Country and Constitution.

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 90 - 120 minutes

Our general Catering service is provided at the request and design of the customer ordering our services, and might range from an hour of Hors D'ouevers service, followed by a buffet style service line [or 2] dependent on the number of guests and time constraints incumbent in the Event itself. Strict adherance to time or a free-flowing, relaxed environment can be made available as appropriate. China service or high-end disposables are always offered, although the latter is more budget friendly.

For our "Dinner and a Show" program, we are accompanied by a Murder Mystery Theatre Troupe to the venue, and we provide the Catered meal. This requires strict adherance to a defined schedule and process of setting up tables preemptively, then serving the meal during the program intermission. Dessert and coffee follows the performance, and acts as the "last course" for the Event.

Parking space close to kitchen or set up area for event
Tables; electric outlets preferred

Additional Notes:
Need a dressing or staging for performers

Set/Song/Sequence List:
Performers simply mingle and interact with guest during the performance, so no set items are required except for co-ed audience of 50
